2016 Placement Newsletter #1

Happy Monday Burning Man Community!

This is your friendly reminder that the Placed Camp Questionnaire closes on the last Thursday of April at noon Pacific time - that is this Thursday at NOON. April 28th, 2016 at 12:00 PM pacific time.

Please submit your questionnaire by the deadline. Extensions are not permitted. Seriously.

If you have any trouble with your form or any other issues, please email:

placement@burningman.org

Put the name of your camp in the subject line and your first choice for sector. That helps with our email dispatch system.

Once the questionnaire closes, we spend the month of May reviewing the questionnaires. This is when you need to submit any changes to your plans and ideas.

In June we create the preliminary map of Black Rock City.

In Early July we announce Placement.

The last day for changes to Early Arrival pass requests is August 1, 2016.

Mark your calendars, set your alarms, and start planning!
