Theme Camps, Early Arrival Passes and DEATH Pony

Hello Theme Camp Leads!

Today DEATH Pony will appear in your Burner Profile. The Tech Team is working feverishly to get everything sorted and you should see it appear by 4PM (pacific time) today, August 1.

DEATH Pony is the mechanism for allocating Early Arrival Passes to members of your Theme Camp.

There will be instructions within DEATH Pony for how to allocate the EA passes. People will need to have Burner Profiles in order to receive them.

Camp Leads will be able to allocate to themselves and distribute by hand, just be sure to allocate a number of the passes to your own email address.

You are not to give any Early Arrival Passes to anyone outside of your Placed Theme Camp. Early Arrival passes are just for your camp. Early Arrival Passes are granted to people who are coming in early to build the camp and prepare the interactivity. Passes granted for Saturday are to alleviate traffic congestion, but are still only for people within your Placed Theme Camp.

If you are found giving any EA passes to people outside of your camp, your EA pass numbers may be reduced or cancelled and you risk no longer being in Good Standing with the Placement Team. Yes, we take this very seriously.

It is essential that people entering BRC early have work to do and are not going to land grab.
